Chris is an accomplished entrepreneur with business ownership experience covering all phases of development, from business start up creation to executing successful exits, proven operational skills, flexible growth strategies and the ability to motivate a team.

As the co-founder and CEO, Chris led TrainingPro to become the national leader in mortgage education through careful monitoring, close involvement, and operational know-how.  Chris is regarded as an industry expert throughout the education arena. He witnessed the very first state passing mortgage education requirements, helped to introduce online and webinar formats into state education regulations, and closely monitored the development of the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act. 
Chris was a member of the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) Course Provider Working Group Committee, a volunteer for the NMLS Course Application Pilot Process, a member of the NMLS Format-Specific Working Groups, and a member of the Mortgage Banking Association (MBA).
Under Chris’s leadership, TrainingPro was recognized in 2006 Inc. Magazines Inc. 500 list for fastest growing companies. TrainingPro was listed in the Baltimore Business Journal’s 2006 Book of Lists as one of the city’s fastest growing companies. He was named a finalist by professional services firm Ernst & Young LLP for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2004 and 2006 Awards in Maryland. TrainingPro was placed on Baltimore Smart CEO magazine’s “Future 50” list in 2004, and again in 2005, based on its rapid growth of sales and employees.  Ultimately, TrainingPro was acquired and is still in operation today.
